Jeff and Mackenzie Rollins founders of Hope Family Care, have been walking with others through grief since 2014. They learned this firsthand when their daughter Zoe laid down for a nap and never woke up. Their pain was unimaginable, but they have turned it into a purpose to help other families who are walking through this difficult reality.

Jeff and Mackenzie are co-authors of the Hope Unshakeable Series, and have a compassionate heart to work with people who find themselves wading through the broken places of their lives. With an extensive background in both biblical and grief-specific experiences, they are excellent coaches to help someone continue the process of moving forward on their grief journey.

As people who are grieving begin to establish a new normal, they are oftentimes left with many different aspects of their lives that need to be addressed. Grief coaching is not merely about caring for someone who is grieving in the sadness and pain of their loss. Rather, many times grief coaching helps a person connect their grief with what is happening in their lives as they move forward on their grief journey. It helps them with the following:

  • Engage with their story in healthy ways
  • Process with someone who understands grief on a deep level
  • Set goals to continue moving forward on their grief journey
  • Identify & grieve their secondary losses
