Jessica Reynolds 

 Jessica Reynolds was born in Indiana and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University (MO) with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She has been working with children for the last 6 years. She started as a Sunday school teacher, then became a two year old classroom teacher at a Mother’s Day Out program within her church. The following year she was asked to move to the art and movement teacher position for the entire school. 

Currently she is the director of the Mother’s Day Out program and serves as a substitute teacher at a public school. Jessica and her husband, Adam, co-direct the preschool choir at their church. Together they have two children, Georgiana and Victoria. She loves to spend time with her family, cooking, and reading books. 

Jessica uses the grief she has experienced with the death of her brother, Morgan as a way to help others in their walk. She especially enjoys working with siblings as they try to process their grief and the grief of their parents.

Maria José nació en Cuenca-Ecuador, estudió administración de empresas durante 3 años, pero su pasión es el marketing y la publicidad por lo que decidió aprender más sobre ello, crear su propio negocio y trabajar en marketing y atención al cliente durante los últimos 10 años.


María y su esposo Cristian (quien es el Diseñador Gráfico de HFC), tuvieron su primer bebé en julio de 2020, le encanta ser mamá, pasar tiempo con su familia, caminar y cantar.


La madre de María perdió a dos bebés varones en el embarazo cuando ella aun no nacía, pero luego perdió al hermano gemelo de María en un accidente después de que nacieron. Durante los últimos cuatro años, ha pasado tiempo procesando y sanando  la pérdida de su gemelo, ya que no se dio cuenta que era necesario sanar esa área  cuando era niña. Ha aprendido mucho sobre sí misma y el duelo dentro de la familia y ahora desea ayudar a otros en sus caminar por este mismo proceso. Ella ha experimentado lo importante que es tener a alguien con quien hablar mientras procesa la pérdida y el dolor.

Maria Jose was born in Cuenca, Ecuador to a very loving parents and two sisters. She studied Business Administration for three years, but her passion was in marketing and advertising, so she decided to create a business and work in marketing and customer service for the past ten years. 

Maria and her husband Cristian live in Cuenca, Ecuador where her husband is a graphic designer (who is also the graphic designer for Hope Family Care). They had their first baby in July of 2020 and now she stays as home helping her husband with his business and taking care of their son. She loves being a mom, spending time with her family, walking, and singing. 

Maria's mother lost two baby boys in pregnancy before Maria was born, but then she also lost Maria's twin brother in an accident after they were born. During the last four years, she has spent time walking through the healing of losing her twin; something she didn't realize needed to happen when she was a child. She has learned a lot about herself and grief within the family and has a desire to help others on their grief journeys as well. She has experienced how important it is to have someone to talk to as you process loss and grief.
